- Compare the post date and named platform with your installed build.
- If your issue is not named, treat it as unresolved rather than assuming a fix shipped.
How this ledger is maintained
Each future entry will record publication date, affected platforms, source link, and the exact issue language used by the publisher. Silent file changes and community claims do not become patch notes.
If an update did not solve your issue
Restart the platform client, confirm the update completed, and retest the same reproduction steps. Then return to the known-issues desk and follow the symptom-specific path.
